Steps

Download ZiPhone Software And Extract Using Winrar

Access the run window by pressing windows key+R then type in cmd and launch the command prompt

Run your phone into recovery mode by pressing the sleep key + power button and wait till the apple logo is shown then release the sleep/wake only and wait till the screen shows an iTunes logo plus a cable.

Now connect your iPhone with the pc

Type in this command Desktop/ZiPhone in the command prompt to navigate to the ZiPhone directory

Now input ziphone to bring out all the software uses that includes jailbreak, activation and unlock

You can now change your iPhone 4.6BL by putting in this command ziphone-u-i a123456789012345 just replace those numbers with your generated imei number

The software starts searching for zibri.dat automatically and alert you to wait for 2 and halve minutes

Just wait and after completed your iPhone will reboot.
