Launch your best browser and load alexa.com

Click on sign up and verify the mail adress

Login and bang on add a site
Chose a free plan in the listed plans

Then it's time to verify your site there are three ways for this
I'd rather chose the second which is easier and faster

Copy the second option meta verification code and open a new tab

Login to your blogger dashboard and click on template then edit html

Click anywhere in the html box and press ctrl f and search for this piece of code below it paste the verification code you copied from alexa and save 

Bang back to alexa and click on verify with this verification you can edit site name and infotmation.

Select your best widget size and copy the code

Navigated to blogger dashboard and click on layout
